All automobiles and other vehicles are sold in “As Is” condition. The Public Administrator makes no representations as to value.  All automobiles and other vehicles are sold with clear title. In the event that title can not be cleared by the date of auction, the vehicle will be sold subject to any existing liens and will be the responsibility of the purchaser to clear same.
