Vendor Hiring Statement
No vendor shall be employed by this office if they are:
A. Related by blood or marriage within the fourth decree to the Public Administrator.
B. Related to any employee of the Public Administrator’s Office or Counsel to the Public Administrator’s office.
C. Involved with any corporation, firm association or other entity in which one or more of its officers or directors or any person having a substantial financial interest is related by blood or marriage within the fourth degree to the Public Administrator of any employee of the Public Administrator’s office or the Public Administrator’s Office.
